Terms and Conditions

MEDIA 6 Combo with 7” Touchscreen Silent Auction Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Automatic Vending Specialists ABN 69 083 968 398 (“AVS”) and the bidder on everything connected with the auction and subsequent sale of the vending machine. By submitting a bid, each bidder is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions

1. The silent online auction will run from 5pm Tuesday 7^th of May 2019 – 5pm Friday 7^th of June 2019 AEST. Winners will be notified after this time.
2. AVS reserves the right to accept or decline bids. Any decisions made by AVS and its team and will be final.
3. By placing a bid you are entering into an agreement to purchase the item at the offered price.
4. Bids are to be placed only by filling out the bidding form on this page.
5. The highest bid that meets the reserve will be deemed to be the winner. In the case where an entry error has occurred, please contact us via email for the retraction of your bid. Your email must be received prior to 5pm Friday June 7^th 2019 AEST.
6. Bids will be accepted in chronological order. In the case of two or more winning bids offering the same amount, the winner will be chosen as the first bid received, based on date and time.
7. All bids must be in Australian dollars. All bids will be taken to be inclusive of GST.
8. The auction item value is $11,304 as per our price list.
9. Payment for items purchased must be made in full by 5pm Friday June 14^th 2019 unless prior arrangement with AVS has been agreed.
10. This offer is for the machine only, does not include any payment systems, freight or any other peripherals and is ex our warehouse in Seven Hills. This offer is for a standard-configured machine only.
11. The machine on offer will come with AVS’s standard warranty.
12. Title to the vending machine remains with AVS until payment has been received in full.
13. AVS reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice to, or from, the auction.
14. AVS, its elected and appointed officials, members, sponsors, and volunteers connected with the auction cannot hold any responsibility or liability from any risks or hazards related to the items won at the auction.
15. All conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms that may be implied are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
16. AVS excludes all liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including, without limitation, loss of profits), to the extent permitted by law.
17. All bid details remain the property of AVS. Each bidder’s personal information will be collected by AVS for the purpose of conducting the auction (including for the purpose of identifying and notifying the successful bidder). Without limiting the foregoing, AVS may disclose a bidder’s personal information to other parties assisting in the administration of the auction. This includes external service providers and governmental authorities. If a bidder consents, AVS may also use the bidder’s personal information for the purpose of sending direct marketing messages relating to AVS’s programs, initiatives, challenges and events. AVS will collect, use and handle each bidder’s personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
