Welcome to Australia’s leading Service and Parts division in the vending machine industry. Our excellent reputation is built on the exceptional knowledge and service provided by our qualified technicians, and the substantial, ever-growing level of parts we hold for the vending machines we support.
We support our quality equipment across Australia by having state-based qualified technicians available to attend to any warranty or service need. Our experienced phone support team based in Sydney supports any machines located in remote areas that are difficult to access.
Our core inventory of parts is held in our Seven Hills warehouse, with a selection of the most popular parts also held by our state-based distributors and technicians. Spare part orders can generally be turned around within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12.00 am can be delivered to you via overnight mailbags.
Warranty
We are confident about the quality workmanship and performance of our equipment. We warrant that any new vending machine bought from us is free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery of the machine to you.
